Helps to fix #34723 and can coexist with #34887

Use the execution_date param, already sent as a link in the browse -> dagruns / task instances, as a backup to the base_date param.

The problem still happens in 2.9.1 - drilling down from failed task / up-for-retry task to grid view , does not show the task.
have no way to see its logs or troubleshoot.

Unlikely anything will be done with it - Airflow 3 with new UI will be released in the coming months.
