A new major release of the Amazon provider package will happen soon. Let's take advantage of it to remove all Amazon deprecated modules

@vincbeck Curious if other modules that were deprecated because they were renamed like EKSPodOperator be included as well in the major release removal?

You're right! It seems I missed a lof of deprecated modules ... Sorry about that. I'll try to come up with a fast PR to include it in the release as well
