Add E2E tests to verify the Configuration page (/config) functionality.

What to test

• Verify configuration displays

Acceptance Criteria

• All tests follow Page Object Model (POM) pattern
• Tests use testConfig for configuration
• Tests work across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit browsers
