UI E2E Test || ADMIN-004: Verify Providers Page functionality

Description

Add E2E tests to verify the Providers page (/providers) functionality.

What to test

• Verify the providers list displays
• Verify Packagename, version, and description not blank
• Verify pagination

Acceptance Criteria

• All tests follow Page Object Model (POM) pattern
• Tests use testConfig for configuration
• Tests work across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit browsers
