[doc][helm] Redundant apiServer parameters

What do you see as an issue?

• Helm chart 1.16.0, 1.17.0, 1.18.0 supported apiServer, but they have never had defaultUser in the apiServer config, so it will be confusing for people when they read the document.
• 1.16.0

• 1.17.0

• 1.18.0

Solving the problem

• Remove defaultUser of apiServer in chart/values.schema.json.
• It looks like after it has been removed
• Tested on 1.17.0

FYI: We can't remove things in released software this is impossible - the software is released according to ASF rules where we vote on it and PMC members release it. Once it's released we cannot modify it - that would be against provenance and security properties, and lgal properotes

We can at most release a new stoftware with a fix. I swe that You opened PR, if i will be accepted, it will be released in the next Helm chart release - but not in the previous ones.
