Add All Commands to airflowctl integration tests

We need to go over every command and include them with full parameters in airflow-ctl-tests/.
This way, we will be fully sure that integration tests include all commands.

Your recent PR caught the majority of false positives I was seeing, thanks a lot. I've added one more that I saw particularly when testing dag get-tags if I recall correctly. Also added some improvements to the logging here: #59146
