Missing the ability to mark all tasks in a Task Group Success/Failed in AF3

What happened?

As of Airflow 3.1.0rc2, we can clear all tasks in a Task Group thank to #49741 and #54313

But we still can't mark them as Success or Failed in a batch action.

What you think should happen instead?

We should be able to mark all tasks under a Task Group as Success or Failed at once.

How to reproduce

• Enable example dags.
• Navigate to the example_task_group dag.
• Trigger a run.
• Select a task group from the dag run.
• We can Clear Task Group but there is no Mark state as... option

i couldn't find any equivalencies to these

@zachliu not yet, at first I thought to make it by replicating the clear task group hooks and services and all related, but now I am checking your idea of considering the useTaskInstanceServiceBulkTaskInstances query.
If you want to help we can split working on this feature because there's also a work needed in the backend for the bulk service due to not be implement yet.
