Integration test between Airflow core and Task SDK

We have had some regressions in the recent RCs and patch level releases that can catch and identify interface level changes, which can best be achieved by installing the Airflow in a venv and testing some dags in them.

Recent issue: #53020
This came into picture leading to 3.0.3RC5 due to interface level gap between execution API returning serialised xcoms but task sdk not deserialising it.
