Description

Cloud Logging Sink is a Google Cloud feature that allows exporting gcp logs to various destinations such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, or Pub/Sub for analytics, auditing, and archival purposes.

This new feature adds support in Airflow for managing log sinks, enabling users to:
1.Create, Get, Update, and Delete log sinks targeting various destinations.
2. Support optional parameter

Use case/motivation

In the data engineering paradigm, it is often necessary to export logs for analytical purposes or to store them for auditing. With this new feature, users can create log sinks directly within Airflow and seamlessly integrate them into data pipelines.

Can you tell us a little bit more about your desired end state? Are you looking to stand this up as a remote logging provider (https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/1.10.9/howto/write-logs.html#writing-logs-to-google-cloud-storage), like with GCS? Or are you looking to create an Operator/Hook that forwards specific logs from a source to the Cloud Logging API?

I'm looking for creating Operator/Hook for management of log sinks.
Log Sinks helps on exporting logs from Cloud Logging API to various gcp product i.e. BigQuery, PubSub, GCS.
