Dark Mode: Optimize Label Saturation, Background & Navbar Colors

Description

In Dark Mode:

1. Some labels (e.g., status labels) appear overly saturated, causing visual fatigue with the dark theme.
2. The main background (if pure black) might cause excessive contrast.
3. The navbar color could be better harmonized with the overall dark theme.

Use case/motivation

I found that the current dark mode can be a bit uncomfortable on the eyes after a while.

So I've made a trial modification and am looking for feedback. Does anyone else see a need for this kind of adjustment, or perhaps feel similarly about the current dark mode?

And what's about the FAB Auth manager UIs?
They seem to be always light and bright.

FAB auth manager is legacy and still built on top of flask app builder, it will most likely not see any major improvements in terms of UI, but feel free to contribute a PR if you have something in mind.
