Support fitting graph view to bounding box

Description

Many tools (e.g. Google Docs) have a "fit to width" option. It would be nice to have the same for Airflow's Graph View. This currently cannot zoom to fit the width, nor is there an option to "fit to width".

For example, here's a small graph zoomed in as much as possible, but there's a lot of whitespace:

Does this "Fit View" button not work for you?

We could adjust our min/max zooms if needed:

      maxZoom={1}
      minZoom={0.25}

The fit button works for me.

I guess the screen resolution plays a role here. I'm currently viewing this on my 14" Macbook screen where it "feels" fine. However, on my 25" desktop screen it feels like there's more whitespace. Will need to double check the resolutions when I get back home.
