Add asset_id to DagModel.asset_expression

We are using DagModel.asset_expression in the UI to show the asset any/all conditions for a dag run to trigger. But it only gives the uri, so we can't easily get more details about that asset. We should add asset_id just like we are doing for dag dependencies in #47381

I'm not sure we can have asset_expression during serialization time. but it will at least be there at the API level.

Yep, it's doable. @bbovenzi I just create a workable super early stage PR #47866
the code will need a decent amount of rewrite but the functionality should be the same.
