Airflow metrics with tags documentation need to be updated #36414

What do you see as an issue?
I have seen a couple of metrics added with tags like (dag_id, task_id, etc.). However, I do not see them in the airflow documentation.
Solving the problem
Airflow metrics documentation needs to be updated with newly added metrics with tags.
