Rename a file doesn't delete old files in lib and .lib/tmp folder

I tested in CI. So I created a file called file1.js, anvil generated a same file in lib folder and .lib/tmp. When I renamed this file to file2.js, anvil generated the new file in both lib and .anvil/tmp, but it doesn't remove the old file file1.js
