It is a best practice to create a virtual environment for your coding to avoid any conflict in dependencies between multiple applications. Hence, We will need to create a virtual environment (using python's default package "venv") and install all the dependencies.
python3 -m venv boto3-venv # on Windows, use "python -m venv boto3-venv" instead
source boto3-venv/bin/activate # on Windows, use "boto3-venv\Scripts\activate" instead
pip install -r requirements.txt
To run the script - go to command prompt, activate the virtual environment and hit the following command:
python </path/to/the/pythonscript>
