fix: use ASCII hyphens in Safe Destroy Protocol guidance#45
Merged
Conversation
The plan-destroy guidance added in #43 used em dashes, which violate the repo's ASCII-only house style for authored prose. Normalize the three affected lines in references/state-management.md to ` - `. Headings are left untouched so SKILL.md anchors stay stable.
