How to modify it to work with WCH chips?

The recent one that I purchased no longer use CP2110 so this implementation or sigrok can't recognize the device anymore. However, it seems like the device driver for the new variant is already supported by the Linux kernel so I wonder what modification do I need to make it work.

If Linux identifies the chip as a serial device, you can modify the code to work through a serial device (/dev/ttyS0 or similar).
