Adding Facebook RTMP Endpoint is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Edit RTMP Endpoints in broadcast.
2. Add Facebook RTMP Endpoint
3. You will see that some parts have not been added.

Expected behavior
Should add all parts added Facebook RTMP Endpoint.
