A github composite action to generate documentation for ansible collections, and build dynamic changelogs using github merged Pull Requests.

Example generated documentation:

• https://collections.ansiblemiddleware.com/keycloak/main/

For the changelog functionality, PR label must match aAnbile semver change types, ie. see: https://github.com/ansible-middleware/wildfly/labels
