Allow IAM boundary and instance profile to be created together

Summary

Currently the iam_role module is unable to define both an IAM boundary and enable the EC2 instance profile in the same call when creating an IAM role.

AFAIK This restriction seems to be an implementation detail as there are no restrictions from AWS that restrict bounded IAM roles from being instance profile.

I just now realize this excerpt in the docs:

This option has been deprecated and will be removed in a release after 2026-05-01. The amazon.aws.iam_instance_profile module can be used to manage instance profiles.

It seems like the intention is from now on, you must call two modules, one for the iam role and one for enabling instance profile. If this is the case, then this feature is not needed. A deprecation warning should also be copied to boundary field's docs
