What does this PR do?

Adds Indonesian README translation for the OpenCode project. This PR creates a complete translation of the English README into Bahasa Indonesia, following the same structure and formatting as other language versions. The translation improves accessibility for Indonesian-speaking users by providing documentation in their native language.

Changes made:

• Created README.id.md with full Indonesian translation
• Added Indonesian language link to README.md language selector
• Verified translation accuracy against English original
• Checked consistency with other language translations (Chinese, Korean, etc.)
• All links, badges, and code blocks preserved correctly

The translation covers all sections:
