[FEATURE]: Show actually installed version of plugins in TUI #8280

Description

@lqmanh

Feature hasn't been suggested before.

  • I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Right now in DialogStatus (/status command), we only show plugins' version extracted from the config file, hence always show "latest" if not specified. However, sometimes I need to know if a plugin is up-to-date or if it has been upgraded successfully yet.

    I duplicated this in #14976, but proposed a solution for both the TUI and Desktop apps in #14975. Screenshots of the implementation in that PR.
