VCS diff endpoint returns HTML instead of JSON causing TypeError in Web UI

Bug Description

When opening a project folder that contains git submodules, the VCS diff endpoint returns HTML instead of JSON, causing a JavaScript error in the Web UI:

TypeError: e.diffs.map is not a function. (In 'e.diffs.map(A=>A.file)', 'e.diffs.map' is undefined)

Steps to Reproduce

Open a project folder that contains git submodules
Navigate to any folder within
The Web UI crashes

Environment

OpenCode version: 1.3.0
OS: macOS (Darwin 25.3.0, arm64)
Project path: ~/Documents (contains git submodules like caibaoshuo_analysis, daily_stock_analysis)
