ESC key does not close command palette (Ctrl+P) and other popups (MacOs Version 26.3) #15202

Description
When the commands popup is opened via Ctrl+P (or any other popup dialog), pressing the ESC key does not close it. This affects all popups in the TUI.
Steps to reproduce
- Open opencode in terminal
- Press Ctrl+P to open the commands popup
- Press ESC to try to close it
- Nothing happens - the popup remains open
Expected result
The commands popup (and other popups) should close when ESC is pressed.
Actual result
The popup remains open. The ESC key press is not closing the dialog.
Additional context
This appears to be a regression or known issue:
- ESC not working for /mcp command #14590 reports the same bug for the /mcp command picker
- [FEATURE]:Add consistent ESC key support to close all popup dialogs #10623 is a feature request for consistent ESC key support
- TUI: Commands modal passes
Esckey 'through to the model #7384 was a similar issue that was supposedly fixed but may have regressed

Which version does this happen in? There has been a related issue recently that has been fixed in the latest version.
