Server search bar doesn't seem to work

Description

When I go to filter down the list of the servers that I can connect to on Opencode Web or Desktop the search results will always return nothing

I the fix is pretty simple and I have a PR up here: #14998

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the server manage modal
2. Type any value into the modal
3. Will always get empty results
