[New study screen] Missing media message appears repeatedly

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

In the latest version available, when the ‘new study’ screen is enabled in the preferences, the missing media message appears every time a media file is missing. In the ‘old study’ screen, this message only appears twice: after that, missing media files are no longer reported.

In my collection, I do not have any media on my smartphone; my media is only on my PC.

To reproduce:

• Enable the new study screen in preferences
• Study more than two cards with missing media in a single session

This issue is related to #7174 (Request: Option to disable missing media error message.)

Expected behaviour

• Like in the old study, show the missing media message only twice, then ignore missing media.

Suggestion:

• At a minimum, make the behaviour of the new study screen comparable to that of the old study screen;
• Add an option to disable all media in Ankidroid (disabled by default);
• Add an option to disable missing media notifications (disabled by default).

This is a completely different topic, but if the dictation option could stop mentioning an error if the last character is a space (usually added automatically by the Android keyboard), that would be great. 😊

I was able to reproduce this issue. I'd like to work on it. Can I get assigned for it?
This issue is caused by not updating the hasExecuted value in MediaErrorHandler.kt when displaying the card answer.
I've a fix ready. Once assigned, I'll prepare and submit a PR right away.
