What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Fresh install
2. Download decks from Get Shared Decks. When you download deck for the second time. It throws toast message as Something went wrong. But the actual reason is we should log in to download more such decks

Research

• I have checked the manual and the FAQ and could not find a solution to my issue
• (Optional) I have confirmed the issue is not resolved in the latest alpha release (instructions)

I did reproduce this before opening the PR, but it's pretty finicky since ankiweb blocks your IP address if you do it more than once (i.e download once then again) and it forces you to sign up. I didn't record it on my phone but can if needed, the steps are:

1. on a fresh install, open the app, make sure you are logged out, go to shared decks, download anything once and then when you try to download another shared deck, the "something went wrong" toast message shows up

2. If you try to reproduce this again, you'll be forced to sign in so what you have to do (or at least what consistently works for me) is to turn off your wifi and mobile data, turn on airplane mode for 10 seconds then turn on your mobile data (my wifi ip is static so you need data for dynamic ips). Now you can repeat 1 and get the same results.

Please get reasonable logs before submitting the PR so we can isolate the "needs login" failure case from a general failure

chrome://inspect should provide them EDIT: If downloading from a browser.

We then need a way for DownloadManager to handle the error (likely a 429)
