If running in tmux, use the text currently visible on screen (or more precisely in the currently active tmux-pane) if command output is not available.
For tmux users this gives the benefits of:
*) Circumventing having to set
$XONSH_CAPTURE_ALWAYS = True, which breaks commands like "git commit",*) Circumventing the known issue "cat file is not captured".
