Hi

I have a issue with animation css and wow.js likely the page was reloaded
When my pages are loading the animation restarting

I have made a screencast demonstrating the animation restarting which may appear as if the page is reloading, but it's only the animation restarting

Like in what level of DOM this is happening
or you have a snippet or something of the code and stack you used would be helpful
