Many warnings at compile time due to ChangeDetectionStrategy.OnPush

All following components should use OnPush change detection:

• MaterialTreeDropdownComponent
• MaterialTreeComponent
• DelayedContentComponent

Probably better to wait for null safety migration before we address that
