This PR includes

• a new API to dynamically update scroller content (adapter)
• isLoading, topVisible, topVisibleElement, topVisibleScope are presented within adapter
• deep chain access to these props (and to adapter) on $scope
• memory leaks (Memory leaks Hill30/NGScroller#63) fix
• items requesting never ends (Items requesting never ends Hill30/NGScroller#64) fix
• some minor refactoring (like a 'scrolling' flag removing)
