Not refreshing model when select all then delete/cut/undo using mouse - Firefox

Similar issue to #321

On Firefox (I'm using the latest version):

• select all content in the editor
• right click on mouse and select "delete", "cut" or "undo" from the menu

The model is not being refreshed with any of the above actions and still has the original value
