Bug - Using mouse scroll button on an overflowed modal

When we have an overflow scroll inside a modal and use the middle mouse click to scroll it seems to break all usage of the mouse. I can't click anywhere in the tab and even after I close the modal and I have to close the tab and open a new one to fix the clicking problem.

This is only a problem on Chrome, here is the plunker

to repro, use chrome, open the modal and scroll by clicking the middle button within the modal. After that you lose the ability to click using the mouse

@msosa, I'm on mobile right now and cannot check but am nearly certain this is fixed in master. Can you please check and let me know. Also you might try searching existing issues prior to opening a new one as that helps us out.

Just noting, I won't be able to investigate this until I get back home (I have been traveling/vacationing the past 2 1/2 weeks) - that won't be until a half week later at earliest.

This is an interesting bug - I was able to escape that situation by right clicking, but this is not ideal.

Well at least for me even when I use the right click i still lost total control of the left click on the whole tab until I close it. Couldn't click anything inside that page or even when I change pages by clicking the back button
