and the other bug is also related with firebase
I only download it to my Android studio and I don't know how to operate the firebase

google-services.json generates automatically by Firebase. Set unique app Id in project app/build.gradle.kts file in parameter applicationId

Without registering your app with Firebase, editing google-services.json makes no sense, and will not work with any package name.

After registering your app with Firebase, google-services.json is automatically generated, so there is no need to edit it.

I think you don't need Firebase at this stage, try select 'demoDebug' Build Variant in Android Studio project, then build app.

I think you need to try to register and update the google-services.json file if you have not recently. It doesn't feel like we are talking about the same problem. The demoDebug as of last Friday wasn't working and requiring registration

The error caused can be of 3 reasons.

1. Outdated version of the google-service.json
2. Irrelevant google-service.json file ie it's unrelated to the mobile app.
3. Outdated plugins or dependencies.
Solution:
Open your google-service.json file in the application and check for the below snippet.

And check if this matches the Firebase project in your Firebase console.
You can check by opening your project console on the Firebase website then on the left navbar you can see a setting gear icon click on that and select project settings there, to see if these values match your project details. If not you are using the wrong .json file and again download the correct .json file of the project that you want to link with your app.
Other thing you could possibly do is update your dependency versions to the newest and try. If not working then maybe step down the version one by one to check which one is compatible to your project.

If that doesn't solve you should consider checking: Double-checking package names and SHA-1 values: Ensure your app’s package name and SHA-1 match what's registered in Firebase.
Reviewing logcat output: Look for any additional clues or errors.
