WalkthroughThe changes update two GitHub Actions workflow files related to Docker image building and publishing. In the Docker build workflow, all conditions that previously prevented steps from running when triggered by Dependabot have been removed, allowing all steps to execute regardless of the actor. Conversely, in the Docker publish workflow, a new condition was added to the build job to prevent it from running when triggered by Dependabot. No changes were made to any exported or public entities. Changes
