Create group

as a student, I want to generate new study groups in a location of my choice

acceptance criteria,

-[ ]  input field to call google api
-[ ] call google api 
-[ ] sort api returns to only study preferred locations
-[ ] create display options for user to choose locations, display button, store choice in var
-[ ] input information (Name, Category, Keywords, time)
