Add option to connect to a discovered device from menu and dialog

In the hardware > Discovered device > submenu, add an option to connect to it directly.

When you chose the hardware > Discovered device > Show device details, submenu and the device details dialog is shown....add an option to connect to that device from the dialog.

Will require #491 to be done first
