A first working release that shows the aim of this enduser console, with its basic features.
This release is "time boxed" and so there will be included only features that can be developled before Oct. 31.
We expect to have:

• well formed apache wicket backend that is capable to interact with Syncope core
• working angularjs 1.4.7 frontend with self functionalities (edit/create and possibly password reset), that is easy to extend and to be customized.
• minimal set of unit tests, especially on angular side.
