utest: graphics api in jenkins

graphics api cannot be tested on jenkins due to x11 buffer bug.
BLOCKED: fix jenkins bug, wait for updates to plugin/jenkins

Installed xvfb in Jenkns to run the graphics unit test on ubuntu server.
xvfb can instantiate but I get the following fault when trying to initialize the graphics_suite:

libEGL warning: DRI2: failed to create any config
libEGL warning: DRI2: failed to create any config
WARNING - Suite initialization failed for 'suite_graphics'.

Recommendations are welcome
