Don't work with jQuery v1.9.0 #4

I have been using jQuery 1.9.0 and form savior doesn't work.

It gives error for ".live" . I did change it to ".on" but then it always prompt regardless data in form changes or not .

Could you please make it compatible with latest jQuery version.

Also it would be great if you could update the wiki for having multiple form on the page .

Thanks for pointing this out, I've changed the live() to on(). It seems to work with multiple forms. I tested it out on IE 9. I'll do some more testing and add some more documentation on multiple forms. I'll update this ticket with my progress.
