Can anyone explain why I don't get a plain HTML page?

The server returns HTML but it always encoded in gzip:

$ curl -s -I 'https://www.ldra.com' | grep 'content-'
content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
content-length: 11164
x-content-type-options: nosniff
content-security-policy: upgrade-insecure-requests;
content-encoding: gzip

In other words, the server is configured improperly as it should respect client's capabilities from Accept header and use gzip only when it's supported by a client.

Here is how to get the readable content:

$ curl -s 'https://www.ldra.com' | zcat - | head -5
