Please update the name and description of commit "test prepare artifacts". |
Add a script that prepares the artifacts which will be uploaded on the server and also a job that will upload the prepared artifacts on SWDownloads server was added in the pipeline. Signed-off-by: Andreea Andrisan <Andreea.Andrisan@analog.com>

PR Description
Until now the packages for libad9166-iio were created but you could find the just on azure pipelines, now they are stored also an SWDownloads and a download link is provided in the updated table from README.md.
Also MacOS-11 is removed from the pipeline.
