how to use ffmpeg instead avconv?

it tries to run avconv, but it is not on my system. I have ffprobe/ffmpeg

okey, with -forceTranscodeTo web it uses ffmpeg and it strange for me

I'd prefer to switch entirely to ffmpeg now. This part of the app was last updated when the avconv/ffmpeg split was going on. Feel free to make a PR.
