- simulations with many zero mass particles are accelerated by not considering them in the various loops
- various (minor) fixes
- some new (experimental) integrators
with kepler in case of heavy body with orbiters, fix error in time bookkeeping of CC
recacalculate dtsys if not necessary, integrator alias for inttype_parameter
are not calculated
integrators, rework shortcuts (still not useful), add function for max timestep
