Incorrect MPP and missing color/pixel data from certain isyntax files

After attempting use WSIDicomizer, a project that utilises this library, we found that some isyntax files were not converted correctly and was vastly different to a SDK produced tiff, this issue after testing with the latest version of this repo and the provided example isyntax to tiff converter showed that the tiff produced was a similar poor quality to the dicom files produced by wsidicomizer, meaning an issue with how libisyntax reads this isyntax file, some more information and screenshots of the problem can be found in the issue for wsidicomizer:

Thanks, I'll take a look at the files and try to address the issues. It might take me some time to get to the bottom of it, depending on how hard it is to solve.

I am not yet sure what is the exact cause of the color differences. It looks like the file format layout might be slightly different for the data model "100.4" files (as opposed to the normal iSyntax v1 files which have data layout "5.0" and the iSyntax v2 files which tend to have "100.5"). We'll need to figure out what exactly is different for these files.
