Link to “Exit Reader Mode” conflicts with long site names

Bug Description

As reported in support forum topic, when a site has a long title it can overlap with the Exit Reader Mode link:

Expected Behaviour

Overlaps should not occur.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

We could remove the "Exit Reader Mode" and have only an "exit dashicon".

Yeah, that could work. It might be a bit obscure for users to understand what they would be exiting though.
