Revamp Plugins Docs #494

Description
We need to revise our plugins documentation to better align with our current app functionality and provide more value to our users.
- Remove the outdated Plugins List page
- Transform "How To Use Plugins" into "Plugins Explained":
- Maintain existing content on changing and modifying plugins
- Add explanations and highlight differences between Node.js and .NET plugins
- Include information about .NET plugins (marked as
coming soon) - Reorganize content as needed for better flow and clarity
- Add a section on Plugin Guides
