replacing ffmpeg precompiled library #21

Expected Behavior
It should run smoothly without an error popping
Actual Behavior
The error popped up about it stopped working when it goes through encoding and decoding
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- I have replaced FFmpeg library with my own precompiled ffmpeg using following link. https://github.com/tanersener/mobile-ffmpeg
