delay in starting recording

## Expected Behavior
video recording should start recording immediately on touch down

## Actual Behavior
it does not start recording imediately , it almost miss a second at start.

## Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1.open app
1.go to camera recording
1.start recording  ,but it does not record starting frames
