Doesn't launch, shows error "GetMessage() failed. System error [1400 ..."

That's all I get when I try to launch this app. Tried a clean reinstall and the same issue persists. No idea what's going on.

Can you please run it using cli let see what error shown there?

• open cmd in installation directory
• and run

This issue is not happening now. It appears to happen at random. Sometimes I boot my PC and immediately see that error (it's on startup), sometimes it launches just fine.

If it happens again I'll report back here. That appears to be an issue with Windows' internals though, as that function shown in the error message is a Win32 API call.
